Support
All of our products come with one year of technical support. We want to
help you continue to use our products effectively as your requirements
evolve over time. We offer follow-on support contracts for our
Satellite Receivers and software products. The service includes:
- Technical support via telephone and email during normal
business hours
- Membership in our tech-support email forum. This provides
an easy way for the user community to exchange information and tips.
ILEX monitors the forum daily to address technical problems and
questions.
- Software upgrades: We continue to improve our products with
bug-fixes and new features. We make updates available to supported
users as soon as they have been thoroughly tested. We welcome your
comments and suggestions in this endeavor.
- Remote configuration and trouble-shooting assistance. If
your IT/firewall infrastructure allows, we can access your system
remotely and securely (via SSH and/or VPN).
With this service, we can help you with:
- Configuring and running LRGS, the DCS Toolkit, and DECODES.
- Linux OS, Java, and Middleware packages.
- Assistance with keeping your Linux OS, Java, and Middleware
secure
and up-to-date.
- Troubleshooting specific problems
- Integrating our products with your other systems (database
systems, remote processors, etc.)
